Tom comes to The Peaks at Old Laramie Trail with over 40 yrs. of healthcare experience, most recently as the Executive Director of Memory Care and Assisted Living communities. As a servant leader Tom has a passion to build and mentor high performing teams, to create inclusive and supportive work environments. Coaching, teaching and training as a hands-on leader.
Tom has been married for 35 yrs. Enjoys spending time with his two wonderful Chihuahua’ Cody and Trixi.
Music, Reading and Cooking occupy his time along with traveling, with Italy being his favorite destination.
Tom embraces new experiences in life meeting new people and cultures. They contribute to a better knowledge of the world and life.
